Caspio Integration

With QuestionPro Caspio integration, you can seamlessly update your online database and easily convert survey data into rich, interactive, web-based reports that the authorized users and public can access from anywhere. This allows you to take full advantage of data collected using QuestionPro for your existing business apps without any modifications required at your end.

To authenticate your QuestionPro account to Caspio, follow the steps below:

• Go to: Survey >> Integrations >> Caspio

• Provide the following details from your Caspio account:
• Endpoint URL
• Client ID
• Client Secret

• Click on Verify Connection button.
• The Endpoint URL, Client ID and Client Secret can be found under Access Permissions >> Web Services Profiles in your Caspio account.

Once the connection is verified, the user can select the Caspio Table that he wishes to use.

The user will then map the survey questions and custom variables to respective columns in the Caspio table.

Once a respondent completes the survey i.e. answers the last question and submits, our system will authenticate with the Caspio API and update the respondent’s answers to the respective table in Caspio.
